(High School athletes and up or athletes who have completed the step system and tested out of young athlete training)

MON/WED: 10am-1pm, 3-6pm

TUE/THU: 8am-11am, 3-6pm

FRI: 10am-12pm, 3-6pm

SAT: 9-11am

Young Athlete Training

(Any middle school athletes training with us for less than 1 year who have not complete the step system)

MON/WED: 8am, 3pm

TUE/THU: 9am, 4pm

FRI: 3pm

SAT: 9am

Group Training  Schedule as of 7/1/19

MON: 9am, 6pm

TUE: 6pm

WED: 9am, 6pm

THU: 6pm

FRI: 9am, 6pm

SAT: 8am

Welcome to AMP Training Center! Our goal is to make our clients perform better on the playing field or in everyday life. We offer one on one, group, team training, and evaluations designed to help our clients and athletes improve their life both physically and mentally. 

With knowledge in the fields of anatomy and exercise physiology, every movement of every workout is constructed and carried out with precontemplated rationale and safety. Assessments and progressions will be made periodically based on fitness achievements to keep you ailment free and on the playing field.
